Video: Pedestrian hit by motorcycle during live news broadcast

It is rare enough to find eyewitnesses to a traffic accident, let alone millions of them. But that was the case last night on London’s ITV News. Reporter Ria Chatterjee was outside a train station discussing delays when a pedestrian crossing the street behind her was struck down by a motorcycle.

The collision occurs roughly 17 seconds into the video. Chatterjee, unaware of the events behind her, goes on with her report.

According to Mediaite, Chatterjee later tweeted, “The pedestrian and motorcyclist who collided during my live broadcast at St Pancras Stn are both fine.”
