The second feature, “Just Another Rerun,” is a short spot from the RNC regarding television programming tomorrow. At 9 p.m. on virtually every station, including several cable venues, you can watch the same yawn-inducing speech you have now endured four times … more if you don’t limit yourself to State of the Union addresses.
