Video: Single-payer health care? America already has it

Should America have a socialized health care system like Canada’s? Would everyone have access to the health care he needs, and would it be more cost-effective? Well, we don’t have to look to Canada or any other country to answer that question. The United States already has a long-established example of a government-run, single-payer health care system. It’s called the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.
