Somebody get this candidate back to his basement bunker. He’s been operating far too long without a nap, much less a “lid.”
During a stop in Ohio, he informed his audience that “Ohio and Florida are two critically important states.” If he had stopped there his comments would have been unblemished, but then he went on to acknowledge that Donald Trump won both states “significantly the last two times.”
Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?
Last two times? You mean Donald Trump is serving his second term as president? No wonder the Democrats are so eager to evict him from the White House.
While he was at it, Biden told an audience in Toledo that he is running for the U.S. Senate. This is the second time he’s become confused over the office he is running for. Last February in South Carolina, he told a crowd he not only identified himself as a “candidate for the United States Senate” but added for good measure that people could “vote for the other Biden” if they did not like him.
Maybe by the other Biden he was referring to Kamala Harris whom he recently named as his running mate before going on to extol the virtues of a “Harris-Biden administration.”
