In middle of Rosh Hashanah greeting, Biden forgets what he is saying

According to some liberal commentators, one of the most rewarding takeaways from Joe Biden’s CNN town hall this week is that he didn’t trip over his words or forget his lines … much. The Left is also probably celebrating the fact that the former vice president didn’t soil himself, though they’ve been less vocal about that “win.”

Democrats can’t be very happy, however, that Biden still hasn’t been field-tested for his debates with Donald Trump, the first of which takes place in a little over a week. The town hall was such a “kid glove” event that even the normally left-leaning Politico conceded that “if ABC’s event with President Donald Trump was an icy grilling, CNN’s drive-in conversation with Joe Biden Thursday was more like an affable reunion of old acquaintances.”

Returning to the subject of Biden’s verbal capabilities, he and his party are still not out of the woods. This became evident in his Rosh Hashanah on Thursday when he once again lost train of his thought in the middle of a sentence:

Trending: Biden snaps at reporter: ‘There is no controversy about my son. It’s all a lie’

The greeting itself didn’t win any praise from the The Times of Israel, which noted that “contrary to Trump, who used the call to highlight his support for Israel as president, Biden only mentioned the Jewish state once during his seven minute message.”
