Democrats have got it all figured out. Despite Donald Trump’s best efforts to “steal” another election by depriving Democrats of their “constitutional right” to vote by mail (where exactly is that stated in the Constitution?), Joe Biden will prevail on Nov. 3. Then comes the million-dollar question: What happens if the president doesn’t accept the election results? Two-time loser Hillary Clinton urged Americans back in July to “be ready” in the event Trump refused to “go quietly” after the election.
It’s not clear what she meant by that, but it was pretty rich advice coming from Clinton, who wasn’t exactly what you would call a gracious loser in 2016. It’s all a moot point since, as I wrote back then, Democrats would love nothing more than to see a recalcitrant Donald Trump in shackles frog-marched across the White House lawn.
You’d think after spending so much time fantasizing about a forced Trump exist that Democrats would be counseling their own candidate to maintain decorum in the unlikely event he loses. But that’s not what the party of no is now advocating. One prominent Democrat has actually come forward and advised Biden not to concede under any circumstances. The source of that advice?
