Where in the world is A.F. Branco?

Where in the world is A.F. Branco?
A.F. Branco

Inquiring minds want to know. It’s been less than a week since LU resident cartoonist A.F. Branco’s last oeuvre went live, but the cards and letters have been rolling in, expressing concern and some consternation about his whereabouts. Some have asked solicitously whether he is ill, while others have wondered (many with an audible gasp) if he had stopped drawing for us.

We are thus happy to report that Tony, as we know him better, is alive and well … and on vacation. He has even created a cartoon for the occasion and penned a few words for fans. Both follow.

Well, it’s that time of year again for me to take a break and enjoy some family time with my beautiful wife and 3 & 1/2-year-old daughter. Be assured I’ll be ready to get after it when I get back. We need all hands on deck for the upcoming election. The unhinged left will be coming at us with everything they got and we have to be ready for them.

Tony has also asked us to make readers aware you that his second book — “Make America Laugh Again: The Comically Incorrect Cartoons of A. F. Branco” — is out and may be ordered here.
