Meet David Ragland, a visiting assitant professor at Juniata College, located in Huntingdon, Pa., some 100 miles from Harrisburg.
Ragland is what some might call a self-hating black, though it would be more accurate to say he hates blacks whom he considers “sell-outs,” which is to say black Republicans.
A glimpse at his Twitter page reveals he isn’t all that taken with Democrats either:
Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?
I don’t trust the democrats either… We need more mainstream third parties to capture the interest of our movement @mpotter71761 @Ps_Cori

But his real passion is calling out traitorous blacks — and choosing just the right racial slur for each. Here are two more of his tweets, the first targeting GOP presidential hopeful Ben Carson, the second former Secretary of State Colin Powell.

Eric Owens of the Daily Caller has done some background research on the phrase handkerchief head:
According to Urban Dictionary, a “handkerchief head” is “an African-American or black person who does not identify with black people and identifies with white people for their own personal gain or because they are afraid of them.” Suggested synonyms include “head negro,” “Uncle Tom” and “Aunt Jemima.”
So what does Ragland teach? That information is also available on his Twitter page, which identifies him as a “Peace & Justice Educator.” That’s not just metaphorical, either. According to the Juniata website his office is in the Oller Center for Peace and International Programs.
Juniata, in case you’re wondering, is a private college, meaning that taxpayers foot the bill for Ragland’s special brand of racism.
