Who’s pulling Biden’s strings? Another hint that he is being given orders

At the conclusion of a virtual event with the Democratic leadership in March, Joe Biden said, “I’m happy to take questions,” then curiously added, if that’s what I’m supposed to do, Nance. Whatever you want me to do.”

Presumably, “Nance” was Speaker Nancy Pelosi, but regardless of who was giving him marching orders you could just picture his “advisers” off in the wings slapping their foreheads and sighing. No, Joe, they would tell him later in private. You don’t announce to the public that you’re ‘supposed to do’ something. You just do it!

It happened again in April when at the end of a press briefing he allowed as how he was “really gonna be in trouble” if he fielded another question. He never explained who he would be trouble with but a number of reporters noticed and commented. Jake LaHut, politics reporter for Business Insider, wrote this on Twitter:

Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?

The uncomfortable sense that Biden’s words and actions are scripted for him was evident yet again on Wednesday. He was just wrapping up a press briefing, when a reporter called out a question before he had a chance to leave the stage. Like a naughty kid stealing a cookie from the cookie jar, he returned to the podium and said, “You guys are bad. I’m not supposed to be answering all these questions. I’m supposed to leave.”

Again he’s supposed to leave? According to whom? The American people have a right to know.

It’s worth noting that he had another of his senior moments shortly after he began answering the question and couldn’t remember the name of the House minority leader. After an uncomfortably long silence during which you could just about see the rusting wheels attempting to turn, he settled for referring to Kevin McCarthy as “the Republican leader in the House.” (RELATED: 124 retired generals and admirals question Biden’s ‘mental and physical condition’)
