Texas: Abbott joins DeSantis in executive order against vaccine passports

[Ed. – Here’s hoping the Texas legislature will also follow this up with a law.  The point is not to discourage vaccination.  It’s to affirm that there will not be “tickets” to normal life that others can use arbitrarily to control and limit you.  To a lot of people, vaccine passports look like a good idea technologically.  But vaccine passports create a form of power over you that you wouldn’t give to government or your fellow humans for any other purpose.  If you let them get started, they will almost immediately be used for those other purposes.]

Yesterday, we reported how Gov. Greg Abbott was making the right moves in regard to Major League Baseball and their position on the Georgia election law, that red states need to start banding together, that’s the only way you stop the false narratives Democrats are pushing from taking over.

Now, Abbott’s taken another step in that regard, joining with Gov. Ron DeSantis, in banning government-mandated vaccine passports in Texas, declaring that such a system would infringe on people’s rights.
