Kathy Griffin says she’ll pray for Trump only if he goes on a ventilator for at least 5 days

Following President Donald Trump‘s announcement on Friday that both he and First Lady Melania Trump have tested positive for COVID-19, comedian Kathy Griffin tweeted that she would offer the couple her prayers on one condition: ventilators for both.

“I’ll pray for him and wife on one condition,” Griffin tweeted on Friday morning. “NOT mild symptoms. And they each go on a ventilator, for at least 5 days. That’s my best and final.”

Griffin has long been a Trump critic, often ridiculing and mocking him on Twitter, and has had a very contentious public relationship with Trump. It looks like the COVID-19 diagnosis hasn’t changed things much for the My Life on the D-List star.

As previously reported, Trump’s White House Chief of Staff, Mark Meadows, has said that the president had mild symptoms of the coronavirus.
