Could a second stimulus check happen before the Nov. 3 election, and, if so, how much could you get if you qualify a new payment? Now that Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi have agreed to resume negotiations to pass another, there’s still hope.
