[Ed. – Jacinda Ardern’s government in New Zealand has been the Left’s poster child for “Fabulous Government Responses” to the coronavirus.  In spite of a draconian national lockdown and comparatively few cases — largely attributable to the island nation’s remoteness, lack of land borders, dearth of international airports, and a population density (pop. 4.8 million) similar to Oregon’s — New Zealand is seeing a resurgence of cases in the last couple of weeks.  PM Ardern is now delaying the upcoming election.  For some reason, the media aren’t going thermonuclear over that.]
