[Ed. – Nadler et al. have been ignoring the fact that the majority of Americans don’t share their passion for impeachment. Republicans learned this the hard way even when they had legitimate charges against a president. Wasn’t Nadler paying attention?]
The House Judiciary Committee will vote Thursday to establish rules for hearings on impeachment to continue the panel’s investigations of President Donald Trump. Basically, the Democrats are desperately searching for a crime: any crime will do and they are not going to stop until they find one.
Chairman Jerrold Nadler doesn’t seem to care about anything unless it’s “impeachment.” He has no evidence of malfeasance by the President but he, like Rep. Adam Schiff, D-CA, don’t [sic] seem to care.
These congressional Democrats remind me of the fictional character Captain Ahab, in Herman Melville’s Moby-Dick. They are willing to disappear into the abyss of unfounded investigations, much like Ahab lost his life going down into the depths of the ocean with the whale.
