[Ed. – Wrong president]
The woman accusing President Trump of rape 23 years ago said she has “no idea” if Trump’s DNA is on the unwashed dress.
A photo of 75-year-old E. Jean Carroll, arms crossed and wearing a black dress, was emblazoned on the cover of New York Magazine this week with the claim that it was the same outfit she wore when she was allegedly sexually assaulted by the president in a dressing room at the upscale Manhattan department store Bergdorf Goodman in the mid-1990s.
In a Monday interview, a CNN anchor directly asked Carroll, a popular writer and advice columnist, whether she has ever dry cleaned the dress since the alleged assault, wondering if it could have the president’s DNA on it. Carroll said she didn’t know if the dress had Trump’s semen on it.
