Trump wants to expand the Lake Shasta Dam, to provide more water for California—and Sacramento Democrats are suing him to stop his help of Californians.  We could have spent a few hundred million—in an approved bond—to save the Oroville Dam—but Guv Brown refused and instead we are paying over two billion to pay for lost property and the fixing of the Dam.
