[Ed. – A. This make it even more suspicious that Mueller and the DOJ were so hot to raid Cohen. It throws suspicion on them, not on Cohen or Hannity. B. Obama, like Hillary and the DNC, was a client of the Perkins Coie law firm — while in office, in fact. Does that throw suspicion on him and his relationship to Perkins Coie and the Fusion GPS/dossier enterprise?]
Fox News commentator Sean Hannity was revealed in federal court Monday to have been represented by President Donald Trump’s longtime personal lawyer, Michael Cohen, after a judge ordered the disclosure of a Cohen client who had wanted his identity hidden.
Attorneys for Mr. Cohen, who is under criminal investigation and whose records FBI agents seized in raids on his office, home and hotel room a week ago, had said in a court filing earlier Monday that he had had three clients in the past year: Mr. Trump, GOP fundraiser Elliott Broidy and an unnamed third person. Mr. Cohen’s attorneys had said his third client had “directed Mr. Cohen to not to reveal the identity publicly.”
The names of Mr. Cohen’s clients were at issue because he filed a motion late last week seeking a temporary restraining order concerning material that was seized by agents working on behalf of the Manhattan U.S. attorney’s office.
