Google launches new ‘Disinformation Lab’ in time for 2018 election

[Ed. – You all know what that means: more censorship of any media outlets that aren’t lockstep progressive-left.  “Authoritative outlets” means CNN, NYT, etc.]

The growing political censorship on the internet is a huge story that too few conservatives and conservative sites are paying attention to.

And that’s unfortunate.

I have been sounding the alarm about this for years. And it’s only getting worse. But hardly anyone is tracking these developments.

Here’s the latest Google announcement.

Additionally, Google said its search answers will now favor more authoritative outlets for news related queries. So will YouTube, which has been scorched lately for surfacing conspiracy theories. Google is teaming with Harvard University to launch a “Disinformation Lab” to spot fake articles ahead of the mid-term elections.
