[Ed. – Those not guilty of sexual assault take one step forward. What, no one?]
Sylvester Stallone is the latest in a line of Hollywood actors accused of sexual assault.
According to a police report obtained by the Daily Mail, Stallone and his bodyguard, Michael ‘Mike’ De Luca, forced a teenage girl into having sex with them in a Las Vegas hotel room while Stallone was there filming his movie “Over The Top” in the late 1980s.
The girl, who was 16 years old at the time, told police that she met Stallone’s “Over the Top” co-star in the hotel’s arcade and he introduced her to the action movie hero. The following day, she approached Stallone for an autograph but met DeLuca, who gave her keys to a room on the hotel’s 27th floor.
She then says she had sex with Stallone, who “encouraged De Luca to join them.” The teen told police that she became “very uncomfortable” with the addition of the bodyguard, who, she claims, forced her to perform oral sex on him, then penetrated her as she performed oral sex on Stallone.
