Hillary Clinton claims that she doesn’t hate anybody, even after the 2016 presidential election.
Clinton spoke with British TV journalist Matt Frei about the email scandal that enveloped her presidential campaign.
“How much do you regret the private email server and the way that you allowed the other side to define that as an example of your sense of entitlement and establishment and all the rest of it?” Frei asked.
“Yeah, no, I say in the book, it was a dumb mistake but it was a dumber scandal,” Clinton said. “And the press bought into it hook, line, and sinker in the United States and that’s why it was the most covered story.”
Clinton also claims that everything she said about the investigation was true. Clinton also complained about how the investigation was closed in July and reopened in late October, just before the election.
Frei then asked Clinton about former FBI director James Comey, who supervised the investigation into Clinton and her private email server.
