Well, it’s good to have friends in high places. On May 19, 2015, Assistant Attorney General at the Justice Department Peter Kadzik gave Clinton campaign chairman John Podesta <href=”#efmabwab8aciacqacvaduadxaif”>a “heads up” on an impending House hearing over Clinton’s unauthorized and unsecure email server that possibly endangered national security
“There is a HJC oversight hearing today where the head of our Civil Division will testify. Likely to get questions on State Department emails. Another filing in the FOIA case went in last night or will go in this am that indicates it will be awhile (2016) before the State Department posts the emails,” he wrote.
Podesta then forwarded the email to press secretary Brian Fallon, Cheryl Mills, Clinton’s former chief of staff at State, Jennifer Palmieri, communications director, and other top aides writing, “Additional chances for mischief.”
