Bill de Blasio undecided on whether to endorse Hillary Clinton

[Ed. – Not liberal enough for his tastes]

New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio said Sunday he hadn’t decided whether to endorse Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential bid, illustrating the trouble she faces from some Democrats who say she isn’t sufficiently liberal.

The left-leaning Mr. de Blasio, who has a decades-long working relationship with Mrs. Clinton and her husband, former PresidentBill Clinton, said on NBC that he needed to see Mrs. Clinton’s “actual vision” before he could endorse.

The mayor’s wait-and-see approach is particularly difficult for Mrs. Clinton, the former secretary of state and onetime U.S. senator from New York. Mr. de Blasio served in her husband’s administration, managed her winning 2000 campaign for senate and backed her losing 2008 campaign for the White House.
