Man’s hilarious and touching obituary goes viral

A heartwarming obituary is making the rounds on the internet today.

The obituary belongs to Aaron Joseph Purmort, a 35-year-old Minnesota man who just lost his life to cancer. Judging by his obituary, it seems like Purmort and his family handled his death as well as anyone could.

Purmort wrote his obituary in the months leading up to his death. Instead of using generic condolences and cliché phrases about his love for his family, he turned his death into a super hero story:

“Purmort, Aaron Joseph age 35, died peacefully at home on November 25 after complications from a radioactive spider bite that led to years of crime-fighting and a years long battle with a nefarious criminal named Cancer, who has plagued our society for far too long.
