[Ed. – OK, I haven’t checked. But I am guessing the age of consent in Maryland is higher than 14. So no matter what this lawyer does to smear the victim, it can’t actually be a “consensual” encounter in a legal sense. The rape can only be statutory as opposed to violent.]
David Moyse, the attorney representing an 18-year-old illegal alien accused of rape, plans to argue that it wasn’t rape at all:

18-year-old Henry Sanchez-Milian, a Guatemalan citizen who was awaiting a deportation hearing, and 17-year-old Jose Montano, who came to America illegally from El Salvador eight months ago, are being held without bond on charges of first-degree rape and first-degree sexual assault.
The two young men, both enrolled at Maryland’s Rockville High School, reportedly as freshmen, allegedly dragged a 14-year-old girl into a boys’ bathroom and repeatedly attacked her last week.
