8 x deported illegal charged in Kentucky hit-and-run that killed 2 women

The Department of Justice announced in a press release on Wednesday that an illegal immigrant who was charged with leaving the scene of a hit-and-run accident had previously been deported eight times. He is now being charged with illegal entry after deportation.

Miguel Angel Villasenor-Saucedo, a 40-year-old Mexican national residing in Louisville, Kentucky, was found to be involved in a hit-and-run accident that killed two women. Allegedly, Villasenor-Saucedo was driving the truck that killed the women, and then fled the scene of the accident. He was later charged with leaving the scene of a fatal hit-and-run accident and a warrant was issued for his arrest. …

If captured by federal agents, he will face a maximum of no more than two years in prison.
