Oklahoma City’s Will Rogers World Airport was closed Tuesday afternoon after a person was shot and killed there, police said.
Authorities responded to a call of shots fired in an airport parking garage shortly before 1 p.m. local time. Airport spokeswoman Karen Carney told the Oklahoman that the airport suspended operations at 1:10 p.m. and a ground stop was instituted at 1:40 p.m. Travelers inside the airport were asked to shelter in place. …

Oklahoma City Police Capt. Paco Balderrama said that authorities initially received reports of a second victim, but now believe there was only one victim.
