Two sisters were arrested in Memphis for brawling inside a busy IHOP restaurant and causing thousands of dollars worth of damage.

IHOP and employee Janika Nellums and her sister Sharika Strickland were filmed hurling chairs at each other in front of stunned customers in Memphis, Tennessee, on Saturday night.

A young boy who is believed to be one of the women’s sons was caught up in the violence outside Southland Mall but managed to escape injury.

During the video, which has been circulating Facebook since the fight, one of the women can be heard screaming: ‘Oh, she’s got a knife. She’s got a knife.’

After both sisters were arrested, officials confirmed that Nellums was an employee at the wrecked restaurant, WREG reported.

One of the women told police the fight stemmed from an argument that began on Friday and tempers boiled over the very next night.
