The Arkansas high school student who was caught on camera blowing cigar smoke in his teacher’s face during class after an argument has been arrested on a harassment charge.

The video that showed Christopher Dunn, 18, getting up from his seat and lighting the cigar before taking a drag off it and blowing it into his teacher’s face went viral in December.
