ISIS to open its first university, including a nuclear research center in Mousl, Iraq

The so-called Islamic State in Iraq and Syria (ISIS) announced its desire to open a University in Mousl, a Sunni-populated city, situated in northern Iraq which was seized by the Islamist militants during the past summer.

“ …Inshallah ( if God wills) we are going to construct our first University which will be established based on divine Sharia guidelines and there would be no place for western deviant ideologies and we shall be tenacious in our efforts to build a society exactly according to Islam’s lofty teachings,” said Abu-Walid al-Maghrebi , ISIS’s appointed municipal in Mousl.

Meanwhile ISIS published an announcement in its official website, calling on local volunteers to join Mousl University’s nuclear research center to ‘help patients suffering from terminal cancers,’ reported Qatari news Agency (QNA) .

Dr. Richard Macmillan, the CIA counterterrorism expert in Illinois said that ISIS blatant call for establishing a nuclear site in Mousl is tantamount to Declaration of war and therefore the international community must sincerely intervene to stop the Islamist organization achieving a nuclear warhead, reported QNA.
