ISIS jihadist pledges to conquer Jerusalem, Rome

In a chilling video discovered online, a jihadist from Kosovo, who is fighting for ISIS, the Islamic State of Iraq and al-Sham, in Syria, draws his sword and calls for the conquering of Jerusalem.

On Monday, MEMRI, the Middle East Media Research Institute, said the video was posted on Saturday.

MEMRI translated and transcribed the short video.

The fighter, surrounded by a group of men, says, “In the name of Allah, blessings and prayers upon the Messenger of Allah. We bless Allah, who has enabled us to pledge allegiance to the emir of the Believers, Abu Bakr Al-Qurayshi al-Baghdadi.” …

“To the tyrants and infidels wherever they may be, we say the same thing that Abraham said to his father: ‘Indeed, we disassociate ourselves from you, and from whatever you worship other than Allah. We have renounced you, and between you and us, eternal animosity and hatred have appeared, until you believe in Allah alone.’”

“We say to you, as the Prophet Muhammad said: ‘We have brought slaughter upon you,’” the fighter says, as he unsheathes his sword and raises it above his head.

“Know this, oh infidels: ‘By Allah, we shall cleanse the Arabian Peninsula of you, you filth. We shall conquer Jerusalem from you, oh Jews! We shall conquer Rome and Andalusia, Allah willing.’”

He yells, “Say: ‘Allah Akbar!’”

And the crowd responds, “Allah Akbar!”
