Dems have long discouraged all but slave, government, and union labor

And only limited amounts of non-government versions of the latter. Democrats are the ones that need to be put out of work if the rest of us are to have any chance at the American Dream.

Dog bit man this week when the CBO declared that the latest post-Pelosi-discovered portion of her Democrat Party’s Obamacare law includes incentives expected to result in removing two million more Americans from the workforce. Republicans’ reaction denouncement of the Affordable Care Act anew reminds, as in Ecclesiastes, that “there is no new thing under the sun”.

The Grand Old Party was created, after all, for the express purpose of abolishing slave labor perpetuated by the Democratic Party in the mid-19th century. Super majorities of Democrats during the Great Depression imposed a New Deal prohibiting labor for less than a minimum wage and confiscating maximum wages to the tune of a 90% tax rate. Their next 20th century filibuster-proof Senate ensured 30+ years of a Great Society in which the labor of father’s was replaced by welfare from an Uncle Sam as daddy. Finally, 60 Democrat senators in the 21st century enabled President Barack Obama to sign his eponymous-named law that Speaker Nancy Pelosi insisted be quickly passed so Americans could find out later that it punished companies for hiring more than 50 full-time employees, even before the latest disclosure by the Congressional Budget Office:

President Barack Obama’s healthcare law will reduce the American workforce by the equivalent of 2 million full-time workers in 2017, the Congressional Budget Office said on Tuesday, prompting Republicans to paint the law as bad medicine for the U.S. economy. In its latest U.S. fiscal outlook, the nonpartisan CBO said the health law would lead some workers, particularly those with lower incomes, to limit their hours to avoid losing federal subsidies that Obamacare provides to help pay for health insurance and other healthcare costs…and [im]pose[s] an “implicit tax on working” for those returning to a job with health insurance.

This is what Democrats do. They discourage work and wealth creation in the first place and spread around what’s left, from those that have to work to eat, to those “given” the right to choose not to work by Mommy Democrat-government. Of course, much of that wealth gets spread to government bureaucracies whose main task is to regulate companies that make necessities like energy and food out of business, resulting in even less Americans working and making travel, meals and staying warm more expensive.

Republicans oppose such policies and yet, we have been told by the liberal Democrat-controlled media, press and academe for the past five and 50-plus years to accept the maxim that Democrats care more for the poor and middle class as truth equal to laws of gravity and the certainty of death and taxes.

The Big Democrat Lies are starting to really hurt, eh?

The election of 2014 approaches. Want the right to work and keep most of it again? Vote Republican. The destruction of the American Dream by Democrats has gone beyond mere politics. This is about having a life somewhat similar to what obtained in an exceptional America whose shores huddled masses teamed towards. Yes, millions now seek amnesty in what’s left of us, but that speaks more to how sad most non-American dreams remain and how generous is our Food-Stamp-welfare-state nation.

Eventually, pied pipers that pretend work is a choice for the healthy must be paid. It would be cheaper to pay the bus fare of elected Democrats serving in D.C. back to their home districts after Election Day 2014. Too busy working five jobs so you can afford Le Sueur peas to evaluate the relative resumes of the Democrat and Republican on the ballot? No worries.

It’s not complicated. The D’s voted for Obamacare, a non-stimulus and refuse to repeal them or any of President Obama’s unilateral EPA and other job-killing executive orders. See the “R”, vote for the “R”. It’s no more complicated now than it was when we fired Carter, hired Reagan and rejected Mondale and Dukakis. Obama and the Democrats have given the United States a bad haircut. Do you return to a stylist that butchers your head? Hire new barbers.
