Well, there he goes again, legislating from the Oval Office.

As everyone knows, the power of the president to write legislation is clearly enunciated in Article VIII of the U.S. Constitution.

According to The Heritage Foundation’s blog, The Foundry, the Obama administration is continuing to grant amnesty unilaterally, this time exempting the parents of young children from deportation. The directive was quietly issued the middle of last month.
