		<description><![CDATA[I just heard on the news that this board has made 218 new rules that are now possibly going to be thrown out.  The next four years are going to be like this, the courts finally getting around to ruling on all the unconstitutional things this administration has done, creating chaos throughout the country.  The uncertainty of the last four years will be nothing compared to what is coming.]]></description>
